Training Sessions

Students who complete any of these courses will be issued a 2-year American Heart Association Heartsaver course completion card.

First Aid-CPR-AED-BLS (Healthcare providers)

First Aid Training: Prepare for the unexpected with first aid training from the American Heart Association. Developed and taught by experts, our convenient, affordable courses can help individuals and organizations become OSHA compliant, and empower a confident team of first responders.

CPR Training: Our goal is to provide quality emergency training. As part of our mission to provide training on how to respond to emergencies, we offer CPR certification classes that can help you provide assistance when someone experience a cardiac or breathing emergency.

AED Training: Sudden cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, at any time. Our AED training will teach you how to utilize a automated external defibrillator (AED). Our CPR/AED courses are developed and taught by experts with quality experience. Our team will deliver simple-to-use techniques and information that can help you save a life. 

BLS Training: The AHA’s BLS course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED. Our sessions utilize the American Heart Association Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC). The AHA’s BLS Course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and pre-hospital settings.

Heartsaver Bloodborne Pathogens Training:

This course is designed to teach individuals how to protect themselves and others from being exposed to blood, or blood contaminated materials. This course follows Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines for exposure to bloodborne pathogens. This credential is great for any professional, including but not limited to; correctional officers, childcare workers, security guards, maintenance workers, school personnel, hotel housekeepers, health and fitness club staff, and tattoo artist. The completion of this course will promote universal precautions, and decrease hazardous exposure in First Aid scenarios.

In the midst of a pandemic, having essential emergency response skills like CPR can help professionals and non-professionals, including civilians save lives.  During the COVID-19 pandemic you don’t have to put your health at risk to renew, or receive your First Aid CPR/AED credentials.  At Heartbeats Emergency Training, our courses are completed online, with only a short skills test conducted on-site at one of our facilities, or your establishment. Your team will receive 1-on-1 proctoring from one of our highly-skilled AHA instructors, while wearing proper PPE. Upon entry students will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms, including non-touch fever censoring. We continuously disinfect all equipment and high-contact areas and require students to wash and/or sanitize their hands upon arrival. Ready to take action?
